Julie Clark: MystyBlue2

Poor Mysty. She pissed off da t0rlls BIG time and won an All Expenses Paid trip to the Tenth Circle of T0rll Hell (such was the severity of her transgressions my buddy Dante had to invent a new circle just for her). I won't say which one of us was 'MystyBlue'Two' but we t0rlls know no bounds in our revenge -- and we were everywhere those days.

One thing is peculiar though, they always run to the police (ripping a page right out of 'Grand Jury' Jazereel's playbook) -- as if they should care. They're probably laughing at the plaintiff harder than we are. HAHAHAHA

Thank you very much. I hope some of the harassment has stopped.

However, SOMEONE changed my password on this account at 8:30 PM my time, while I was signed on but not at my computer. Only a few people even know this email address, so I have no idea who could have changed my password. Is it someone local? How can you tell where the password was changed from? This is like the fourth time my password has been changed by someone. I'm feeling Yahoo isn't all that secure if this is happening so frequently.

Thank you,
Julie Clark

Other email replies also have said it was MystyBlueTwo@yahoo.com.

I also believe the same person hacked into my original Yahoo email
account: JClark8220@yahoo.com and deleted all my saved email. (Since
then I have created a sub-account of this one, JuJeClark@Yahoo.com.)
Twice they have changed my password and information where I could not
get into my original account.

I also use JClark8220@aol.com and I use MystyBlue2@aol.com just for
reading message boards, and that is where they got the screen name
MystyBlueTWO from. (Mine's a number 2, they spelled out the number.)
It's the message board where I was being harassed, thus carried over now
to all these catalogs and free samples, using my name.

Also, all the catalogs and crap they are requesting for me use #106 in
the address. I never use the # sign, I always use
Spc 106, because it is a mobile home park, not an apartment, and all my
normal mail come as Spc 106. Only this impersonator uses the # sign.

Again today I received at least 20 pounds of catalogs. One catalog is 2
1/2 inches thick, like a giant phone book. Most of it is harassment, as
the troll impostor knows my husband and I are both disabled, and the
things they are sending are for like hiking, camping, power tools
catalog, prostrate cancer information, hunting supplies, jewelry making
supplies.

I have attached a copy of my drivers license.

Image

I will also be seeking advice from our local police department, if they
have an Internet Fraud division. (Not sure, this is a really small town
in the middle of no where.)

I hope the information I've provided will help you get rid of this
troll, at least off Yahoo. I also have notified AOL of what is going
on, since that's where it all started.

Thank you very much,
Julie Clark

System Tracy, Welcome to AOL Password Assistant Live Help Support. My name is Cel.

System Tracy stated the question or problem as: Can't log into my account

MHI Cel Pleased to meet you online =)

Tracy The same person who has hacked into my coumputer the other days has changed my pass word again

Tracy This time though I did not get an fake email from aol

Tracy This person claims they work for aol and is trolling the message boards,
they go by the s/n T0rlliosis

Tracy They sent about 1000 spamming emails to me and other people on our message board the other day

Tracy and they he/she has been changing my pass code. The first time I got an email from aol stating that my pass code was changed and I was online at the time, and I didn't change it

Tracy it has now been changed again and I can't access my account.

MHI Cel I apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracy This person has accessed our board members accounts and has posted their personal information on the board, full name, addresses, other email accounts from aol

MHI Cel If you suspect that your account is being used without your authorization,
first verify no one in your household is signing on from another location
and check your detailed billing at AOL(R) Keyword: MY ACCOUNT to verify the
login sessions and surcharges.

Tracy I'm the only one that has access to my computer

Tracy And I have free aol

Tracy I also can't access my account now because my passcode has been changed yet again by this person.

MHI Cel I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. You will need to contact our toll-free at 1-800-307-7969, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday.

Tracy I tried that the other day, they said because I do not pay for my AOL, I
would first have to sign up for the paid version. I really don't think that
it's fair, since according to the person do it, they are one of your
employees. I'm not happy with my free service yet you now want me to pay for it.

Tracy And I'm not the one doing anything wrong. Like I said earlier this person has posted the personal information on almost every member of the board, information that they've gotten from their AOL accounts. We have already contacted the fraud dept

Tracy is there any way I can change my pass code thru you or have it restored to what it was

MHI Cel As long as no one knows your password, there is nothing to worry about. However, should you wish to regularly update your password, you may do so by going to AOL Keyword: PASSWORD.

MHI Cel Or if you wish I can reset all your screen names password.

Tracy yes I would like that

MHI Cel I will be glad to provide assistance with your inquiry, and to protect your
privacy and security, please allow me to verify your account information
first.

Tracy I do change my pass word regularly, but since this person has access to my account, they change it

Tracy ok

MHI Cel What is the screen name on your AOL account you need assistance with?

Tracy Amethystravn, that is the master screen name

MHI Cel Can you please provide me with your first and last name?

Tracy Tracy Schneider

MHI Cel To complete account verification, I need the answer to the Account Security Question of the primary master screen name:

MHI Cel What is your pet's name?

Tracy Well, they changed that the last time too, but I changed it back. My dogs's
name is Perdy

Tracy I have another question. If I don't store my pass code, will they still have access to it?

MHI Cel Great! The information you have provided matched what we currently have on file.

Tracy that's good, that means they didn't change my security question

MHI Cel When you say passcode are you referring to your AOL screen name password?

Tracy yes

MHI Cel Thank you

Tracy You can store the pass codes so you can log on automatically, if I don't do that, can they still see it

Tracy on my account if this person does indeed work for AOL

MHI Cel
The Store Password feature saves your AOL(R) password so you don't have to type your password every time you sign on. Keep in mind that anyone who uses the AOL(R) software on your computer can sign on with your screen name if the password is stored.

MHI Cel If you have children or someone who shares your computer we recommend that
you do not store your password. Having your password stored allows anyone
who has access to your computer to sign on to your AOL(R) Screen Name.

Tracy I understand that anyone who has physical contact with my computer can access that password, but I want to know if I don't store it, can the person who keeps changing my password who claims to be an aol employee see it

MHI Cel No, even us do not have access to view your current password.

Tracy Then how is this person getting it? He or she posted on another board about
a month ago, before they started harassing the people on our board, that
they worked for aol, could send spamming emails, change passcodes, delete
posts etc

Tracy And they have been doing all of that, besides posting the personal information of the other board members

Tracy I know that it's against the law for them to do that, it's one thing if you know someones first and last name and post it, but it's another if they are employees and are accessing your accounts and posting your personal info

Tracy There has to be some thing that can be done about them beside reporting them to the fraud dept. Some of our board members have gone to the polce because this person has threatened to 'drop by' their homes and they have small
children at home

MHI Cel I can see how that is frustrating and I regret the inconvenience it has caused you.

MHI Cel You need to call the number I have provided to resolve this matter.

Tracy I will, can I call it having free aol or do I have to pay for it

Tracy
do you need my new password

MHI Cel Yes, you can still call our customer support even you are on Free AOL.
Tracy ok

MHI Cel Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

Tracy I still need to reset my passcode

MHI Cel Okay

Tracy I'd like the new word to be NASCAR
MHI Cel I will be happy to assist you with your password concern but before that, I
found out that there is a billing issue with your account that needs to be
corrected to ensure that your AOL service is not interrupted. Is it alright
If we address the billing issue first?

Tracy
What billing issue, I've always had free aol

MHI Cel
Our records show we are unable to bill your AOL membership to the method of
payment we have on file for your account.

Tracy ?? I don't understand, I have free aol, always have

MHI Cel There is an outstanding balance of $45.92 on your account.

Tracy
That's impossible, like I said, I've alays had free aol

MHI Cel Please allow me to explain this further.

Tracy ok

MHI Cel Our Collection Department encountered difficulty debiting your payment
method and we failed to collect your monthly fee since July 04, 2008 until
October 04, 2008.

Tracy But I've NEVER PAID for it. NEVER, even in 2008 I've had free aol since it
was made free

MHI Cel I am sorry your price plan on that period is $9.95 a month.

Tracy It wasn't. I never paid for it, not since it was made free.

Tracy I didn't even have a bank account from 2007 to Dec of 2008 and I don't have
credit cards, so I don't know what billing method they claimed to of had

MHI Cel
I am really sorry but you are under paying plan on that period.
Tracy I don't know how, because I never signed up for it and I never provided any
billing information. I'm going to have to call the Fraud dept again because
it wasn't me

MHI Cel Since we have discussed already the outstanding balance, let us proceed in
addressing your original issue.

Tracy ok

MHI Cel
In order to resolve this matter, we will need to reset the password for
your screen name.

MHI Cel Will it be okay If I now reset the password for your screen name
Amethystravn?

Tracy yes

MHI Cel Please hold on while I reset the password for you.

Tracy ok

MHI Cel Thank you for waiting. I have reset your password to cs2811 under the
screen name amethystravn. For security, please update this password the next time
you log in to the service.

Tracy ok

MHI Cel Your new password will now be used for all AOL services, including AOL web
sites, and AOL Instant Messenger. Please note that passwords are case sensitive. If you have stored your password with any AOL or AIM software, you must update the stored password for each.

MHI Cel To change your screen name's password, you must be signed on to that screen
name. Once signed on, please go to AOL(R) Keyword: PASSWORD, then click the
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD button.

MHI Cel Let me quickly recap our discussion.

MHI Cel Your AOL account is still active. Today I reset your password.

MHI Cel To learn more about AOL and our products and services, please visit HREF=" http://www.discoveraol.com/'>http://www.discoveraol.com/">http://www.discoveraol.com/.

MHI Cel Do you have any questions about what we've done today?

Tracy is still not letting me log in

Tracy now it did

MHI Cel Please try it again.

Tracy I'm in, thank you

Tracy And I will call the fraud dept and customer service to take care of
everything else
MHI Cel You're very much welcome. Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

Tracy nope that's all, thank you
MHI Cel I am glad I could resolve your account needs today. Did you know that many account needs can be processed 24 hours a day at myaccount.aol.com? I am sending an email that will provide instructions on how to access and self service your account needs at myaccount.aol.com.

Tracy There has to be some thing that can be done about them beside reporting them to the fraud dept. Some of our board members have gone to the polce because this person has threatened to 'drop by' their homes and they have small children at home

MHI Cel I can see how that is frustrating and I regret the inconvenience it has caused you.
MHI Cel You need to call the number I have provided to resolve this matter.
Tracy I will, can I call it having free aol or do I have to pay for it
Tracy do you need my new password
Tracy That's impossible, like I said, I've alays had free aol

MHI Cel Let me quickly recap our discussion.

Lea's proud of the way she looks. Especially her B cups. A padded bra would help but that chick needs some curves. Maybe a reverse liposuction transplant from Gynnie ?? Now that's a thought.

Sadly, Lea's imagined love affair with Josh Groban was never to be.

Even in the Fifties, Lea could provide a bad example to the masses.
